CHADD of Bergen County is a support and educational group for adults and parents of children with "Attention Deficit Disorder." Our meetings are held the first Monday of each month, unless otherwise indicated (October-June), at 8:15 PM, at the Valley Hospital, Linwood, and VanDien Ave, Ridgewood, NJ.  (Board Room, 1st Floor, Phillips Building).

Workshop
"Discipline and Positive Behavioral Supports"
This workshop will help you to better understand behavior.  There is usually logic behind children's behavior. Our challenge is to understand its context.  Workshop attendees will learn what the law requires regarding discipline and behavior, understand what positive behavioral supports are, become familiar with a Functional Behavioral Assessment and will learn strategies to use with children.
