Advocacy
 Your voice and concerns will be heard as CHADD works diligently on your behalf before the U.S. Congress, the executive and judicial branches of government, and many federal agencies. CHADD also maintains a presence at the state level, in allied association coalitions, and in academic forums to assure that your voice is heard. We also keep you apprised of your rights under IDEA, section 504, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Communications & Information 
Through monitoring of and continuous contact with the national and local media, CHADD is working hard to educate the public about the serious though highly treatable nature of AD/HD. In addition, the resources offered by the national Call Center, and our expanded award-winning CHADD web site, are always available to members.

As a member, you will have access to the latest research and the data provided by the National Institute of Mental Health and other essential agencies.

Local CHADD Chapter affiliation
Membership entitles you to be associated with the area CHADD group of your choice at no additional cost. Notice of association, along with a portion of the membership fee, will be forwarded to your selected group to help fund. CHADD's mission at the grassroots level.
